- ProTection Apex casing combines the proven ‘ProTection’ nylon bonus layer with an additional rubber apex sidewall stabilizer above the bead which reliably protects the tire against puncturing, even if the tire pressure is low. This system protects the tire reliably against cuts and puncturing without significantly increasing weight
