Triple-temper heat treatment, combined with cryogenic freezing, makes a superior steel that will hold an edge up to 3 times longer than tools made of M2 high-speed steel. Every Crown M42 Razor Edge Tool comes with a beautiful Black Ash handle with polished copper ferrule. The Skew Chisel is critical for forming beads, rounds, and flat surfaces on spindles. When used properly, no other tool will produce a surface as smooth as the skew.
