This lamp is ideal for keeping smaller individual items or pans heated for serving without costly heating devices or having heat bleed into surrounding areas and surfaces. Heat intensity can be controlled by adjusting the height of the lamp relative to the food, and the Nemco Freestanding Single Bulb Heat Lamp (6000A-1) only requires the use of a simple on/off switch to operate. The 6000A-1 is NSF listed.
