T33872 6″ Wool Pad for T33305

A replacement 6″ random orbit wool pad.

The primary function of a wool pad is to provide a high level of cutting power and fast finish removal.

Wool pads are more aggressive compared to foam pads and are well-suited for heavy compounding or aggressive finish correcting.

The pad attaches to the backing plate of the T33305 Random Orbit Polisher and spins in an eccentric/random orbit motion, oscillating, and rotating simultaneously.

The hook-and-loop backing pad makes for easy securing of the pad.

The abrasive nature of the wool fibers combined with the spinning and oscillating motion of the polisher creates a strong cutting action to remove deep scratches, severe swirl marks, heavy oxidation, and other significant imperfections from the surface being worked on.

Wool pads are particularly effective at leveling uneven surfaces and removing substantial amounts of material in a shorter amount of time.

Due to their aggressive nature, wool pads can generate more heat and friction compared to foam pads.
